This week was a memorable week for us here at Dromod Boxty. Our two best sellers, Dromod Homemade Boxty and Pancakes, were finalists in the prestigious Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards.
We were very proud to be shortlisted as finalists in two separate categories. Coming up against some fierce competition but to walk away with GOLD in both of them really means the world to us. We knew these two little gems were award-winning a long time ago and now they have the recognition they deserve.
Well done to all the finalists and winners in each category. For a small island, we punch above our weight with our amazing food producers all over the country.
