Returns Policy
At Dromod, we take great care to deliver your order fresh, chilled, and in perfect condition. As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive and Irish law, perishable goods such as fresh and chilled food are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, if:
- You receive an incorrect item,
- Your order arrives damaged, or
- Your delivery is not as described,
please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery at info@dromodboxty.ie or 087 4501016, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly – either by replacement or refund where appropriate.
