Ingredients
2 protein pancakes
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
1 tablespoon chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
1 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
Directions
Prep the Pancakes – Heat pancakes in the toaster or microwave as per pack instructions
Assemble the Bowl – Place the pancakes in a bowl. Top with Greek yogurt and fresh berries. Sprinkle chopped nuts and seeds over the top for added healthy fats and fibre.
Finish & Serve
