Ingredients
1 pack of Dromod Potato Bread
100g of mixed mushrooms
50g créme fraiche
1 tsp of Garlic granules
Handful of chopped parsley
Knob of butter
Black pepper to taste
Directions
- Dice the mushrooms and put aside
- Finely chop the parsley and put aside
- In a frying pan cook the Potato Bread as per pack instruction and set aside.
- In the same frying pan add the butter and cook the mushrooms for 2 minutes, then add the garlic, parsley and créme fraiche and cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Pour the creamy mushrooms on top of the potato bread and add black pepper to taste.
