Potato Bread with creamy mushrooms

Ingredients

1 pack of Dromod Potato Bread
100g of mixed mushrooms
50g créme fraiche
1 tsp of Garlic granules
Handful of chopped parsley
Knob of butter
Black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Dice the mushrooms and put aside
  2. Finely chop the parsley and put aside
  3. In a frying pan cook the Potato Bread as per pack instruction and set aside.
  4. In the same frying pan add the butter and cook the mushrooms for 2 minutes, then add the garlic, parsley and créme fraiche and cook for a further 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the creamy mushrooms on top of the potato bread and add black pepper to taste.
