Ingredients
1 pack of Dromod Potato Bread
75g of cheddar cheese
25g of green pesto
5/6 Cherry tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes
Black pepper to taste
Butter
Directions
1. Grate the cheddar and put aside.
2. Slice the tomato and put aside.
3. Cook the Potato Bread as per pack instruction
4. Butter the Potato Bread, and sprinkle it with the cheddar, spread the pesto and place the tomato on top.
5. Grill for 5minutes on medium heat or until the cheese has melted and bubbling.
6. Season with black pepper to taste.
