Ingredients
1 pack of Dromod Pancakes
100g of Greek yogurt
200g of strawberries
100g of raspberries
Salted Caramel Sauce
150g light brown sugar
100g butter
100ml double cream
Few drops of vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Directions
- To make the salted caramel sauce, combine all the ingredients in a saucepan on medium to high heat and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside to let it cool back.
- Heat the Dromod Pancakes as per the pack instructions and plate.
- To serve: Layer the pancakes with a dollop of Greek yogurt, mixed berries and sauce until you have created a delicious stack.
