Ingredients:
- 1 pack Dromod Irish Pancakes
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy-free)
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 fresh lemon, cut into wedges
- Optional: pinch of lemon zest or rose petals for garnish
Directions:
Warm the pancakes:
- Lightly toast or microwave the Dromod Pancakes until fluffy and warm.
Plate up:
- Stack the pancakes and add spoonfuls of Greek yoghurt between or on top.
Add toppings:
- Drizzle generously with honey or maple syrup, scatter over chopped pistachios, and add a squeeze of lemon.
Serve:
- Garnish with lemon wedges, a pinch of zest, and enjoy while warm.
