Kids pancakes breakfast bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Dromod Kids Pancakes
  • 150g natural or Greek yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • A handful of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • A handful of blueberries
  • 2–3 tbsp granola
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • Optional: drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Directions:

Warm the pancakes:

  • Lightly heat the Dromod Kids Pancakes in the microwave or a dry pan for a few seconds until just warm and soft.

Assemble toppings:

  • Spread a spoonful of yoghurt on each pancake. Top with banana, strawberries, and blueberries.

Add crunch & garnish:

  • Sprinkle granola on top for crunch, and finish with a small mint leaf on each. Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired.
