What is Boxty?
Boxty is a traditional Irish dish that is essentially a type of potato pancake. It combines grated potatoes with flour, milk, and water. The mixture is then fried on a griddle or in a pan to create a flat, round cake-like pancake.
How do you cook Boxty?
Boxty can be cooked in many different ways but we believe the best way is to fry in a little oil/butter on a pan. Cooking instructions are located on the back of the pack on each product.
Are your products gluten-free?
We have created a gluten-free Boxty which is hugely popular.
