Ingredients:
- 1 pack Dromod Kids Pancakes
- 4 rashers crispy streaky bacon
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Handful of strawberries and blueberries
- 50g dark or milk chocolate
- 2 tbsp cream or milk
Directions:
Warm the pancakes:
- Lightly heat the pancakes in a pan or microwave until soft and fluffy.
Cook the bacon:
- Pan-fry the bacon until crispy. Set aside on kitchen paper.
Caramelise the banana:
- In the same pan, melt butter and fry banana slices for 1–2 minutes until golden and sticky.
Make the chocolate sauce:
- Gently melt chocolate with cream/milk over low heat until smooth and pourable.
Assemble the stack:
- Stack the pancakes, top with bacon, caramelised banana, and berries. Drizzle with warm chocolate sauce.
