Potato Bread with smoked salmon & salsa

  • Dromod Boxty Potato Bread
  • Smoked salmon
  • Cream cheese
  • Yellow pepper
  • Tomato
  • Spring onion
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Olive oil
Method 1) Fry the Potato Bread on a low to medium heat in a little oil/spray or butter for 2 to 3 minutes until crispy and golden or pop in the toaster. 2) For the salsa finely chop the tomato, peppers, spring onion and mix with a table spoon of olive oil. 3) Once potato bread is cooked, spread some cream cheese on top. 4) Put slices of smoked salmon and salsa mix on top and finish with some cracked black pepper.
